Catalyst Regeneration and Firing Frocess
1 Sample firing
2 Evaluation of sample baked goods
3 Consider the charged amount based on machine weight loss rate etc
4 Test on the actual .
5 Evaluation of test items
6 Main firing
Facility
(1) Gas furnace
1000℃ Firing to the extent possible.
Since it is equipped with a secondary combustion furnace, it can cope with catalyst regeneration in which binder etc. occurs. There is also reproducibility in the batch furnace, the charge amount is about 2000 kg.
(2) Electric furnace
1000℃ Firing to the extent possible.
Charging amount is ~ 300 kg, which is less than gas furnace but more uniform firing from low temperature to high temperature is possible.
(3) Test furnace
900℃ Electric machine test furnace capable of burning up to the degree.
It can be fired in crucible unit, and the product temperature can be measured, so it can be used for sample firing before testing in real machine.
